Terms & Conditions

Your appointments are important to me. I carefully organise my days around travelling to you and making sure I have all equipment and products ready and available. Respectfully, I request as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so as to accommodate clients on my waiting list.

  • Sylka Hair has no option other than to charge 100% of the reserved service amount for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. To secure bookings for over 4 hours Sylka Hair requests a 25% deposit which will be redeemed on your appointment date. This is refundable, if due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment date.

If your last colour with Sylka Hair was over 6 months ago, I will need to carry out a skin sensitivity test at least 48 hours prior to your next colour service.
